JCH Projects & Investments LLC was founded by Cesar Hernández to give Houston property owners one dependable team for the whole job. Too many projects stall between contractors: the concrete crew leaves, the framer is booked, and nobody owns the finish. We built the company to cover the full sequence, from civil works and structure through drywall, paint, and the final finishes.
Our work spans interiors and exteriors: kitchens and living spaces, outdoor kitchens and pergolas, tile and flooring, pool decks, water features, and site concrete. Every project starts with a site visit and an itemized written estimate, and every project ends with a walkthrough where we fix the punch list before calling it done.
We're a bilingual company. Clients can plan, ask questions, and approve changes in English or Spanish, and nothing gets lost between the conversation and the work on site.
